Hotel consumption fluctuates with occupancy during the day, but a base load continues through the night. Part of that base load is necessary — a large part is not.
Reading the base load
The lowest night-time level in the 24-hour profile shows what the facility uses "when nobody is there". Lowering it is one of the fastest ways to cut the bill.
